SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Processing time begins after payment is verified and any required design approval is received from the customer. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates. Sentinel LaserArt ships via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. The rate displayed at checkout reflects real-time carrier pricing — we do not mark up shipping costs.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Sentinel LaserArt is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off and tracking has been generated.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inquiry@sentinellaser.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for non-custom, unmodified items in original condition. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging where applicable.
To initiate a return, contact us at inquiry@sentinellaser.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Sentinel LaserArt is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized orders — including any item with engraved text, names, unit designations, dates, or custom artwork — are eligible for return only if the item arrives with a defect or error on our part. If we made a production or engraving error, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Custom orders returned due to buyer error in submitted information (spelling, dates, design files) are not eligible for refund. We strongly encourage customers to review all proofs and submitted text carefully before approving production.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, initiate a return for the original and place a new order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, if production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Custom orders approved for production cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at inquiry@sentinellaser.com if you need to cancel.
